Election & Positions

Once a year in May we have our main election. The event is called Annual General Meeting (AGM). On that day we elect the new board for our fiscal year. We have 8 positions in the board and all Active Member can vote for the candidates. You can apply by sending us an motivation letter right in time. The deadline will be publish on our website and other social media, if you’re still uncertain, don’t hesitate to ask. Also, if we don’t get a full board in May, there can be another election during the year, so stay tuned. Application deadline: 9/5/2025, board@esngoteborg.org

  • HR responsible

  • Represents the section in ESN Sweden

Treasurer

  • Responsible for the budget

  • Manages the section’s finances

Communication Manager

  • Manages the Communication Committee

  • Ensures the compliance of the section with the ESN brand

  • Develops communication strategies

Vice Communication Manager

  • Supports the Communication Manager

  • Creates visual materials

  • Manages the Events Committee

Event Coordinator

  • Engages potential commercial partners

  • Cultivates existing partnerships

Web Project Administrator

  • Responsible for functioning of the website

Partnership Manager
